2. Payment

www.voicebird.com accepts the following types of payment:

3. Freight

We ship worldwide with TNT / PostNL postnl logo. Shipping costs vary from country to country and will appear in the payment process on Voicebird shop. They include handling delivery and shipment of products.

4. Delivery

TNT / PostNL does worldwide delivery. There is no guarantee that products will be delivered within a given time.

Expected delivery time:

The Netherlands 48 hours
Europe 2-4 days
Internationally 4-8 days


5. Right of Cancellation

www.voicebird.com grants full right of cancellation for a period of 14 days from the day you receive the products.

Packaging and condition of product on return: Goods must be returned unused in their original condition and in their original,
undamaged packaging. If products are used in a way that reduces market value they cannot be returned.

The original packaging of Voicebird is a considerable part of the market value, for which reason it must always be returned with products.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please return products to:

You can also cancel a purchase by refusing to accept a product or by arranging to deliver it personally at the above address.

Returned products will of course be fully refunded.
On returning products, you will of course get a full refund. When we have received the product and ensured it meets the requests,
Refunds are issued to the credit card that was originally charged.

Your only cost will be the return postage.

What do I have to send? You will have to enclose a copy of the order confirmation and fill out and enclose the following RGA (return goods authorization) form: RGA form

Notice! We do not accept products sent COD.

6. Complaints

When shopping on www.voicebird.com you have 24 months’ notice on faults and defects on a product.
This means that you can have it repaired or changed or get a refund or an allowance, depending on the specific situation.
This does not, however, apply to errors due to improper use.

When should I complain? You will need to file a complaint within ‘reasonable time’ after having discovered the error.
If you file the complaint within two months after discovering the error, the complaint will be in time.

We refund fair freight charges.
If the complaint is justified we will of course refund your (fair) freight charges.

We need the following information when you send a product.
When returning a product, you are asked to explain in detail what the problem is. Please fill out and enclose our RGA (return goods authorization) form: RGA form

Notice! We do not accept products sent COD.

Remember that the product should always be returned in the original packaging and remember to keep your post office receipt so we can refund freight charges.

7. Security

To make an agreement with www.voicebird.com, you will have to provide:

We collect your personal data for the purpose of providing the services promised.

We register and store personal data for five years, after which they will be deleted.

When collecting personal data via our website, we make sure to have your expressed consent and to inform you about which pieces of information we collect and why.

Partner and Head of development, Uffe Holm Hansen, has access to all personal data registered.

We do not store encrypted data.
We do not transmit encrypted data.

Data exchanged in connection with a purchase on www.voicebird.com will by no means be given or sold to any third parties,
and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with Voicebird ApS., and according to the Privacy Law, you have a right to object to the registration,
as well as a right to knowledge of the information we register about you. Enquiries should be sent to Voicebird ApS. via email info@voicebird.com.

8. Cookies

www.voicebird.com uses cookies in order to optimise the website and its functionality, and therefore make the experience as easy for you as possible.
You can delete cookies from your computer at any time, depending on your browser.

9. Logstatistik

A statistics-system collects information to illustrate how many visitors we have, where they come from, at which point they leave the website, etc.
The purpose of this system is exclusively to optimise www.voicebird.com.
